God wants more than for us to simply come to church. He wants us (all of His people) to be the church - his vehicle to accomplish His mission. Our desire is to be an expression of His body that is lead by values that define us as a church and help us center our lives on God’s mission.
We are committed to embracing, applying, and proclaiming the gospel as God’s means of bringing salvation to people through the perfect life, sacrificial death and resurrection of Jesus - true God and true man - as a sacrifice for sin, a substitute for sinners, propitiation of God’s wrath toward us, and victory over death and Salvation only comes to those who believe and confess Jesus christ as Lord and believe his gospel. [Mark 1:15; 1 Cor 15:1-28; 2 Cor 11:4; Gal 1:6-11; 3:8; Eph 1:1-13; 2:1-10; 1 Tim 1:3-13; 2 Tim 2:8-13)
We are committed to see people become transformed, passionate disciples ofJesus in measurable, spirit outcomes; and empowered to participate in God’s mission of redemption, because whatever God's going to do in the world He's going to do through all of Christ's people, the Church (Ephesians 4, Galatians 5)
God is love and lavished his unconditional love upon me and compels me to love Him by loving others as we grow together as a family and community joined together in Jesus Christ. (1 John 4:8, 4:19, 2 Cor 5:13-15, Matt 22:36-40)
we are committed to the Bible because the Word of God is truth, the foundation on which we build our lives, know and worship God. All scripture is breathed out by God, living and active, inerrant, infallible, sufficient, trustworthy, the sole and final authority for our church, its doctrine and practice. We value Jesus as the Truth, along with the truth of Scripture, reveals God’s character, plan, and salvation.(John 14:6, John 5: 39, Ps. 119:105; Ps. 25:5; Ps. 43:3, 2 Timothy 3:16, Hebrews 4:12, Matthew 7:24-27).
We, are committed, as a church, to embrace God’s mission of redemption, living as ambassadors of the gospel in the targeted circle of accountability God has given to us; planting and partnering with other churches to reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:16-20; Ephesians 2:10; Acts 20:24; Acts 1:8, Matthew 28:19-20).
